  • Dictaphone – record your thoughts
  • Webcam – record you and your thoughts as a video
  • Dragon Naturally Speaking software to record and rewrite your thoughts
  • Scrapbooking – using a scrapbook or artists book and adding pictures, stories, glitter, to create your story
