Journaling is the foundation to all writing.  If you keep a journal, a record of what’s going on, your plans, your thoughts and feelings, you will amass a great resource for your future writing and personal development.

Journaling will be for you if:

  • You need to find a way to record and express your thoughts privately
  • You lack the confidence to write
  • There is a book inside you bursting to get out
  • There is stuff going on that you need to change
  • You need to make sense of what is happening right now
  • You have memories need to be recorded for future generations to enjoy

Through recording your thoughts and ideas and reflecting on what you have written, it will provide a rich source of knowledge for your creative life writing, books, stories and memoirs.

If you can journal, you can tell stories, if you can tell stories, you can blog and if you can blog, you can write a book.

Whatever you uncover, please record it in your journal and consider how you can use this to knowledge and understanding to bring about change and to have inspiration for your stories.
